Our team have been working tirelessly behind the scenes, introducing new social distancing and hygiene measures and procedures, ensuring that the safety of both our customers and our employees remains our number one priority.
Whilst we have opened the doors to our showroom we are still offering a one on one appointment based visit if preferred please feel free to contact us via our Website, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to arrange a time slot.
Our large showroom enables us to social distance with ease and we are only allowing 4 customers into the store at any one time with a separate entrance and exit.
Our staff are ensuring regular cleaning and sanitising of all touch points ie door handles, card machines, counter tops and carry out a cleaning service at the close of business every day.
As a valued customer we would greatly appreciate your cooperation when visiting our showroom by maintaining the 2m distance which is clearly marked out, and use the hand sanitizer that is provided upon entry and placed around the showroom.
We ask that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or feel unwell we would ask that you delay your visit until you are feeling better.
And if you prefer, we can bring samples straight to your door!
OUR FITTING SERVICE
Our highly trained fitters are fully PPE compliant and will wear face masks, gloves and blue shoes when entering your property.
They carry hand sanitizer and antibacterial/disinfectant wipes, they will disinfect before and after each appointment as well as disinfecting any surfaces they have come in contact with.
We ask that you allow access to your home and the fitters will maintain social distancing whilst they complete your installation.
Before your appointment our fitters will contact you to ensure both parties are fit and well.
